Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FLOW at myflow.fyi, operated by Persura Labs LLC ("FLOW", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using FLOW you agree to them. If you use FLOW on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf too.

What FLOW is

FLOW turns sales and marketing reports you upload into a live board: rankings, signals, an action queue, goals, pay modelling, and a printable brief. It presents the numbers in your reports — it does not audit them, and it is not financial, legal, or employment advice. Decisions you make from the board are yours.

Your account and workspace

• You need an account (email/password, Google, or other offered sign-in) and must keep your credentials secure.
• Each workspace is private to its members. Workspace owners and admins control membership and roles, including roles that restrict a member to seeing only their own line.
• You may delete your account in-app at any time. Deleting the account that created a workspace also deletes that workspace and its reports once no other members remain in it.

Your data

The reports and data you upload stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and process them so FLOW can show them to you and the teammates you invite. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload — including other people's names and performance data that may appear in your internal reports.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload data you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful.
• Don't probe, overload, or attempt to break FLOW's security or other customers' isolation.
• Don't resell FLOW or misrepresent who operates it.

Availability and changes

FLOW is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we may change or discontinue features. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to FLOW is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which may be zero on a free plan).

Paid plans

FLOW is currently free to start. If and when paid plans are active, prices and what they include are shown before you pay, billing is handled by Stripe, and you can cancel from your account — cancellation stops future charges.

Ending these terms

You can stop using FLOW and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; where reasonable we will warn you first.
